The idea.
The design retrieves the archetype of the interior lamp, and reinterprets it with an oxymoron: preciousness and essentiality: pure shapes, calibrated proportions, and a discreet but sculptural presence. Light is not only a function, but an integral part of the project.
The material.
As with every item from our company, CAMILLA can be manufactured with the desired type of marble.
For the model in the pictures “Onice Miele” and “Travertino Noce” were used.
Onice Miele, warm and bright, lets the light filter through its amber shades, transforming the lightning into a soft and enveloping presence.
Travertino Noce introduces a more compact and earthy material, with deep veining that narrates of the naturalness of the stone and balances its brightness.
The sound.
Sound shapes into design: a highly technological systems is hidden within the classic archetype of a lamp, causing the air to vibrate.
As light defines the atmosphere, sound spreads throughout the space. A familiar object transforms into a complete sensory experience, where design, material and innovation interact in perfect harmony.
